We perform pregnancy massage on a special table with a removable pad in the belly area complete with a hammock so baby can rest comfortably while allowing you to lie on your stomach to enjoy the massage treatment. This table also allows for nursing mothers to be more comfortable with removable breast pads to ease the pressure on the chest.

Cupping therapy integrates massage with the ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist uses specialized plastic or silicone cups on the skin. This creates a 'reverse deep tissue' effect. Separating the layers of fascia, tissue and muscle to increase lymphatic and blood flow, decrease pain and inflammation, and reduce pain.

Reflexology is a pressure point massage on the feet to help alleviate stress and other conditions of the body that are connected through the feet.
