Cancellation Policy
Salus Wellness Spa requires a 100% deposit to schedule appointments online and a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your appointment, please call our office at 616-534-7822. A deposit refund will be given to those who cancel before the 24-hour cancellation policy. Deposit funds will be used at checkout to apply to the service(s) rendered. Additional fees may apply for any add-ons or other services added. Deposits do not include gratuity. Gratuity may be paid at the time of checkout. Funds may take up to 48 hours to return to the card used to pay for the deposit. If you have a gift card you would like to use to pay for your appointment or a package, please call our office to schedule. A credit or debit card will still be required to hold the reservation(s) for our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Online Scheduling
Please call our office at 616-534-7822 to complete scheduling otherwise upon finalizing your appointment online, you will be charged a 100% deposit on the card you used today to make this appointment. Refunds will only be given if you cancel before our cancellation policy. A credit for a future visit will be placed on your account for any discounts, specials, coupons, or gift cards, they will NOT be refunded to your credit card. Your appointment time was specifically reserved for you, if you fail to give 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be billed the full price of the treatment scheduled. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the office at 616-534-7822 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Phone calls, e-mail, and text message reminders will be provided as a courtesy to you. If you opt out of phone call reminders; please be aware that an automated system sends out emails and text messages and we cannot guarantee their reliability; it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. You can update your reminder method with our front desk staff at any time if your preferences change. The card placed on file to hold reservations will be used for all no-call no-shows and appointments canceled beyond the allowed cancellation time. The card on file can be used at checkout or another form of payment can be used such as gift cards or cash.
