Cancellation Policy

  • As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation based on the selected communication you have chosen. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a 24 hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel a reservation will be subject to a 100% service value fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% fee of service(s) scheduled. Group events of 4 or more people will be subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. You can update your reminder method with our front desk staff or through your online account at any time if your communication preferences change.
  • Online Booking Cancellation policy - Please call to cancel your appointments as you are not able to cancel online. We require a 100% deposit for all online bookings and a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. Cancellations or no show will be charged 100% fee of service(s) scheduled.
  • Late Arrivals - Unfortunately late arrivals will not be able to have their service time extended. You will be charged for the full service that was scheduled and your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time. Please be mindful that the staff member is unable to go over time in order to ensure that the next guest is not delayed.
