Important Scheduling & Refund Policy
• Unsure about which package to choose? Please call us directly.
• If you have booked a couples package, multiple services, or a wellness circuit, are booking for someone else, or using a gift card, please call to schedule. This will ensure you select the best services for your needs and prevent accidental purchases of incorrect packages.
• Scheduling a float?
Do not schedule if you have recently dyed your hair and the color is still running out, or if you have recently gotten a spray tan, have epilepsy or kidney disease. If you are menstruating, please use an internal barrier. Do not shave the day you come in, do not wear contacts or bring a case to take them out and store them.
• Scheduling a wax?
Make sure you have at least 2 weeks of growth or you may not have enough hair to remove or you will need to be rescheduled.
• First time lash fill coming from another company?
Make sure that you choose the Transfer Lash fill. We need more time to have a consultation for your first appointment.
• Lash Fills, Lash Lifts and Tint?
Be aware you cannot get your lashes wet for 48 hours after service.
• Refund Policy:
Upon finalizing your appointment online, you will be charged a 100% deposit on the card you used to make this appointment. Refunds will only be given if you cancel before our cancellation policy. A credit for a future visit will be placed on your account for any discounts, specials, coupons, or gift cards, they will NOT be refunded to your credit card.
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. If you fail to give 24-hour notice of cancellation, you will be billed the full price of the treatment scheduled. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the office at 616-534-7822 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Phone calls, e-mail, and text message reminders will be provided as a courtesy to you. If you opt out of phone call reminders; please be aware that an automated system sends out emails and text messages and we cannot guarantee their reliability; it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. You can update your reminder method with our front desk staff if your preferences change. The card placed on file to hold reservations will be used for all no-call no-shows and appointments canceled beyond the allowed cancellation time.
